    Corporate Event Production in NYC

Sound, LED screens, lighting, staging and show calling for conferences, keynotes, town halls, galas and product launches, planned and run by one crew.

One Production Partner From Plan to Strike

Corporate events are more than gatherings. They are where a company launches a product, lines up its teams or honors its best people. ProSho is a corporate event production company that takes care of the technical side of all of it: the sound people hear, the screens they watch, the light on every speaker and the stage they stand on.

We start by learning your objectives: brand messaging, audience expectations, executive profiles and run-of-show needs. Then our production managers build one plan for audio, video, lighting and staging, and the same crew that planned the show loads it in, runs it and strikes it. Nothing falls between five vendors on show day.

Our crews work discreetly, keep tight schedules and give white-glove service to your team, your C-suite, your speakers and your other vendors. When the technical side disappears, the message shines. If you only need gear and technicians, our AV company in NYC rents it with the crew to run it.

    • Crisp speech in every seat
    • Lighting that flatters presenters and matches brand colors
    • Staging sized to the room and the flow
    • LED walls and screens for every slide and video
    • Livestreams for hybrid and remote audiences

Corporate Audio Visual, Covered End to End

Corporate audio visual is five jobs that have to act like one. Here is what ProSho brings to a corporate show, and where to read more about each part.

    Event Design & Planning

We Plan and Run the Whole Show

CAD renderings, floor plans and diagrams before anything ships, then site surveys, project management and a show caller on headset calling every cue.

    Audio

Speech-first sound for keynotes and panels: wireless mics, speakers placed for the room and an A1 engineer mixing live. Press feeds run through a MultBox so the media get clean audio.

    Video

LED video walls, playback and show control, and livestreams to Zoom, Vimeo, YouTube, Microsoft Teams or a custom RTMP stream, with backup streaming paths.

    Lighting

Key light so every presenter looks right in the room and on camera, stage washes and color in your brand palette, and logo gobos for the stage and the reception.

    Staging

Stages and risers, truss, pipe and drape, and custom sets from ProSho Scenic & Fabrication: branded walls, booths and reveal pieces, built and installed by one team.

Every Corporate Format, From Keynotes to Galas

    Conferences

Conferences and conventions: general sessions, breakouts and show floors, with sound and screens sized for every room and one plan for moving the crew between them.

    Keynotes & General Sessions

Podium and wireless mics, clean key light, LED walls and a show caller keeping speakers, slides, video and walk-up music on cue.

    Panels & Town Halls

A mic for every seat on stage, sound that carries to the back row, and a livestream for teams watching from other offices.

    Live Broadcast & Streaming Events

    Galas & Award Ceremonies

Stages, winner walk-ups and room lighting that turn a hotel ballroom into a show, run to a tight script from the first toast to the last award.

    Award Ceremonies

    Product Launches

Reveal moments built with LED, lighting and custom scenic, like the light-up logo wall ProSho Scenic & Fabrication built for P90X.

    Activations & Launches

    Holiday Parties

Sound for speeches and entertainment, lighting that sets the mood, and a crew that loads in and out around the venue’s schedule.

    Multi-Room Programs

Several rooms at once, each with its own AV setup and techs, tied together on intercom so the whole program stays on time.

    Something Else?

Tell us the date, venue, headcount and rooms, and we will build the production plan around them.

    Venues Where We Have Worked

Every venue has its own loading dock, power, rigging points and house rules. These are some of the places ProSho has produced events, and we coordinate directly with venue teams, production managers and city agencies when a job needs it.

    • New York Stock Exchange (Wall Street): ResMed IPO showcase
    • Manhatta (Financial District): BCG and Bridgewater events
    • The Altman Building (Chelsea)
    • South Street Seaport (Lower Manhattan)
    • The Edge (Hudson Yards): RuPaul viewing party
    • Javits Center (Hudson Yards): W&P booth at NYNOW, Best in Show
    • MetLife Stadium (East Rutherford, NJ): The North Face Prime Sports arch

How a Corporate Show Comes Together

Our production process blends expert planning, technical precision and clear communication. Here is what to expect from kickoff to showtime.

    Goals and Site Survey

We learn your goals, audience and run of show, walk the venue, and check power, load-in and rigging points before anything is booked.

    Design and CAD Renderings

Our team designs the audio, video, lighting and staging plan, with CAD renderings and floor plans you can share with stakeholders.

    Load-In and Tech Check

Our own trucks deliver the gear. The crew builds and tests every system, and we check mics, slides and video with your team before doors open.

    Show Day and Strike

A show caller runs every cue, engineers mix and switch live, and the same crew strikes and clears the room on the venue’s schedule.

Our crew includes senior production managers Mike LoBasso and Phil Fabrizio, production manager and lighting and video engineer David Consiglio, and audio engineers Joe Cardillo and JP Magwaye, backed by partners Joe Russo, Anthony Gerardi and Massimo DiDonna. Meet the team.

    Corporate Events Wherever You Meet

ProSho is based in Staten Island and produces corporate events across New York City, New Jersey, Long Island and Florida. With our own fleet of trucks and 18-wheelers, the same crew goes anywhere the show goes next.

    Questions Corporate Planners Ask Us

What does a corporate event production company do?

A corporate event production company plans and runs the technical side of a business event: sound, lighting, video, staging and show control. ProSho designs the plan, brings the gear on its own trucks, staffs every position with its own engineers and techs, and calls the show, for conferences, keynotes, town halls, galas, award ceremonies and product launches.

How much does corporate event production cost in NYC?

Every quote is built from your event: the venue, the headcount, the number of rooms and show days, and what you need in sound, video, lighting and staging. Share those details and our team will review scope, timeline and execution details with you, then send a quote for exactly that show.

Can ProSho handle AV for a hotel ballroom or conference center?

Yes. We start by understanding your venue specs, audience size, sightlines and content needs, then design the sound, lighting, screens and staging to fit. ProSho coordinates directly with venues and production managers, from power access to stage layout to loading dock logistics.

Can you livestream our town hall, keynote or conference?

Yes. ProSho produces livestream, hybrid and fully virtual events, with platform integration for Zoom, Vimeo, YouTube, Microsoft Teams and custom RTMP, multi-camera switching, remote presenter support and backup streaming paths.

Do you work with our event planner and the venue team?

Yes. We act as part of your team, on-site, on-call and ready to pivot. ProSho can coordinate with venues, production managers and city agencies when needed, so everything is compliant and ready and you do not have to stress the behind-the-scenes.

Can we rent AV equipment for a corporate meeting without full production?

Yes. ProSho rents sound, lighting, video and staging gear, and can provide the crew to run it with you: A1 audio engineers, video techs and lighting techs. Tell us what you need and we will put the gear and the people together.
