Conference AV is the audio visual for a conference: sound and mics for presenters and panels, screens or LED walls, presentation playback, lighting, staging, and often a livestream and recordings. ProSho plans it room by room and runs it with its own techs.
Can you handle breakout rooms as well as the general session?
Yes. We set up each breakout with its own sound and screens, keep the rooms on intercom, and have techs covering the rooms throughout the day.
Do you work with hotel ballrooms and conference centers?
Yes. We coordinate directly with venues and production managers, from power access and rigging points to stage layout and loading dock times.
Can we rent conference AV equipment without full production?
Yes. You can rent the gear, and we can send the crew: A1 audio engineers, video techs and lighting techs to run it with you.
