Hybrid Events & Live Broadcasts
Hybrid event production for town halls, conferences and launches: cameras, switching, clean audio and streaming to any platform, with a backup for every signal.
One Show for the Room and the Screen
Reaching beyond the room is expected now. A town hall has offices watching from three time zones, a conference has speakers joining remotely, and a product launch wants the whole market to see it live. ProSho produces hybrid events and live broadcasts that look polished, sound clear and stay reliable under pressure, for the people in the seats and the people on the stream.
We start with your content, your audience, the platform and the show flow. Then we build the broadcast around the live event: multi-camera switching, broadcast-quality audio routing, encoders, graphics and a backup for every signal. During the show, our operators manage every feed, switch and overlay, so there is no dead air and no missed moment.
This page is about the event. For the gear and crew behind the stream itself, see our Livestream Production service.
- Multi-camera switching
- Clean audio for the room and the stream
- Remote speakers tested before the show
- Backup recording and streaming paths
What a Hybrid Event Takes to Run
A hybrid event is two shows at once. These are the pieces we build so both audiences get the same event.
Cameras and Switching
Multi-camera coverage switched live, with the same shots feeding the stream and the IMAG screens in the room.
Streaming to Any Platform
Encoder setup and live streaming to Zoom, Vimeo, YouTube, Microsoft Teams or a custom RTMP destination.
Broadcast Audio
A separate mix for the stream, so remote viewers hear every speaker clearly, not the room echo.
Graphics and Playback
Lower-thirds, branding, slides and pre-recorded segments dropped into the program on cue.
Remote Speakers
Remote presenters brought on screen and into the sound system, tested with our team before the event.
Press Feeds
Clean audio for press and media crews through a press feed mult box.
What Is a Hybrid Event, and When Do You Need One?
A hybrid event has a live audience in the room and a remote audience watching online, at the same time. The remote audience is not an afterthought: they need their own camera shots, their own audio mix and a way to ask questions.
You need one when your people cannot all be in the same place: company town halls, all-hands meetings, investor days, conferences with remote speakers, and product launches the whole market should see. If nobody is in the room at all, it is a virtual event instead.
- Town halls and all-hands
- Conferences with remote speakers
- Product launches and reveals
- Investor and leadership meetings
How We Keep the Stream On Air
Plan the Show Flow
We map the run of show, the platform, the camera shots and every remote speaker.
Test Before Doors
Encoders, internet, audio and every remote guest are tested with our team before the event.
Run It Live
Operators manage cameras, switching, graphics and audio in real time.
Backups on Everything
Redundant recording and backup streaming paths protect your content if a line drops.
Hybrid Events From Any Venue
ProSho produces hybrid events across New York City, New Jersey, Long Island and Florida, and the stream reaches wherever your audience is.

Hybrid Questions We Hear Most
What is a hybrid event?
A hybrid event has a live audience in the room and a remote audience online at the same time. Both get the same program, with their own camera shots and audio mix for the people watching remotely.
Which streaming platforms do you work with?
ProSho streams to Zoom, Vimeo, YouTube, Microsoft Teams and custom RTMP destinations, with encoders and backup streaming paths set up and tested before the event.
Can remote speakers present live to the room?
Yes. We bring remote presenters on screen and into the sound system, and test each one with our team before the show so they appear and sound right on cue.
What happens if the internet drops during the stream?
We plan backups: redundant recording and backup streaming paths, so your content is protected and the stream can recover if a line fails.
Is a hybrid event the same as a livestream?
A livestream is one part of it. A hybrid event also has a live audience in the room, so it needs sound, screens and staging for the room plus cameras, audio and streaming for the online audience.
